Guys, can someone tell me what's happening? I received a message from the support team telling me to help lessen the queue, but then I don't receive any message for 5 minutes and it's like the screen keeps on loading, the duration of the incoming messages are very slow, I've heard that there's a new site or platform of texting factory and all of the number of the messages there are overflowing, can someone please enlighten me? Thanks! I gave a 5-star review because they pay you well and I am looking forward to sticking with this job and company as my full time.

I understand what you guys mean. I've done 200.00 worth of chats and tied in my Payoneer account and I've gotten my inservices every week but there's no money shown in my Payoneer account. Has anyone found a way to contact customer support? I'd love to know.

I just started with this company but I keep hearing horror stories about people working very hard and following the rules but not getting paid. That is beyond disgusting and horrible. Everybody can't be lying. If this is true, I do hope this company is sued and held legally accountable to the fullest extent of the law. I have already been documenting video and screenshot evidence of my work and I suggest everybody do the same. Guys, please start documenting and collecting evidence of every single message you send so you can have evidence for potential lawsuits. I will be more than happy to join with you for a class action. Once again, I just started with this company so I have no idea if they will pay me or not but I am collecting evidence just incase they don't. I believe all of these reviews and everybody can't be lying. I believe the positive reviews are fake because one of them says that they make .15 cents per message which is literally impossible because the highest rate you can make here is .12 to .13 cents per message. Us leaving bad reviews isn't enough and many people will join with this company before getting to the reviews. Bad reviews won't hurt this company and stop them from hurting others. The only way that they will stop is by facing full legal consequences. Also, the fact that this company requires your driver's license/ID in order to apply is a HUGE red flag! Seems like they are trying to scam desperate people's identities. Disgusting.

I went into this with an open mind, but this company needs to be shut down and a class-action lawsuit filed. They lure people in for free labor and then make excuses not to pay you. You have to earn at least 50 euro (first red flag) to get a pay out because "bank transfer fees are high". Then you have to basically work 24/7 to make any kind of sustainable income (second red flag), and from what I've heard they deactivate accounts when you're close to a payout (third red flag). I worked for hours, sent hundreds of messages and they said I only earned 5 euro (fourth red flag), so I stopped. Now they're sending me e-mails with tips to avoid deactivation, like I'm going to be scared back into free labor. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are plenty of legitimate companies to work for from home. Texting Factory isn't one of them.

Don't waste your time I worked for texting factory all day and all night and they never paid me. They deactivated my account with no warning and I couldn't log on anymore. I tried to reapply to get back into a account and hoping to get my moneys worth plus continuing payments and the coach wouldn't rehire me because I broke a rule about endearing words🤔 I didn't break any rules this is a scamming tactic to take legal working rights from you and personal information. I am in the process of starting a lawsuit against them.

I get paid an average of .15 per message which is good in my opinion. I set my own hours. I am paid weekly through payoneer and the euros are converted to us dollars. It is very convenient and I set my own hours. I am happy to work for them. I am able to make as much money as I want. It is an easy job and it is great income from the comfort of my home.

I think they are not a scam. I got paid once only but they have a strategic plan to earn money. When a friend recommended us, how many days after her account has been check and boom it was deactivated. The same thing happened to my account. I recommended a friend and my messages reach for more than 1000 and when they approved my friend the next day I received an email that my account was deactivated. Anyways I enjoyed working too. Just be careful, follow the rules and don't mention the words are not really allowed. Without mercy, they will really deactivate your account. I just hope they will give me my salary. I was working too hard for that, get up early in the morning even dawn time just to reach the quota. I sometimes don't like to pee just to reach what I needed to reach. I have to go to the coffee shop because sometimes our internet connection is too slow, but you know, we can't explain it to them because it doesn't matter how you work hard for it. Even you will ask for consideration. Just to tell you they are not a SCAM. GOODLUCK!

It's not a scam, I just received the payment for my service. I had warnings before they closed my account, and screenshot was real. I was dismissed because I committed a very serious offense though. But if given another chance, I still love to work with them. This time, I'll strictly followed the rules. RF
