I have been working for Texting Factory for over 7 months and I must admit that this job is great, I work where I want and when I want. I get weekends and daily bonuses at times. The only thing is that it is important to follow the rules. On the other hand, I have decided to get an account with Malibu operators and I am yet to be paid, what the hell is going on with that, I contacted the coach on skype and I have emailed them numerous times and no one seems to find it important to answer me. Come on Malibu, is this a way to treat your workers? Malibu operators are a complete fraud.

Ever since I started with TF, I can NOT get my coach to respond back to me! I send emails and no response. But, they send out daily emails saying that they have a lot of messages that they need help answering! I am trying to find out why I have not received a payment and I can NOT get ANYONE to respond to me!! DO NOT sign up with TF unless you like working for free!!

I think TF is now being worse since they change the payment method/channel. Bitsafe verified my id (considering it's not a passport/driver license) because of the pandemic situation,they gave me until dec.2020 validation.Surprisingly,THERE'S NO ANY PENDING SALARY SENT.Meaning,TF didn't pay me. And now,my brother tried to applied there and got hired already have the log ins but THERE'S NO EMAIL SENT TO HIM FOR ANY PAYMENT LINK. So the question is, where and how will my brother get the payment whenever he reach the quota? Tried to email the USELESS FINANCE,eversince they didn't bother to answer the emails. TF is turning into a SCAM. So please be aware be wise. Don't waste an effort to make many replies as long as the payment method isn't secure.

have been working there since early last year and I DO get paid (at a 0.08€ rate). I have several accounts run by the same company (mine were deactivated in 2018 and 2019 because it's so hard working the messages and keeping each active). You only get paid out when you make an average of €50 after 575 text messages. Everything was going along well until they sent a cryptic message on the 16th of April about transferring from Payoneer to BITSAFE. I downloaded the app and used my National ID. BITSAFE: No, it can't be used. Only pasport (I missed an S. TrustPilot thinks 2 s' equals your behind) and Driver's licence. I don't have the latter and my pasport is expired. Let's not even talk about the impossible, painful process to get verified through their 1.5 star app. Texting Factory removed their service voluntary. That means Texting Factory LIED in those emails that they sent out saying it was Payoneer. P. S: Use TransferWise as they have an IBAN # and Swift code you can get without having to get verified right away. Also trustworthy and not sketchy. From there, you can transfer your funds to Payoneer.

Giving them 2 stars ever since they moved to Bitsafe. I stopped logging in for 2 weeks already. I thought my account will be deactivated after 1 day of no chat replies, but guess what, my account is still active. I just didn't like the transition to bitsafe, I tried making a bitsafe account but had issues so I stopped trying and stopped messaging also. I never had problems with Payoneer, even the transfer to my bank account was free (maybe because of COVID-19) but good luck guys with getting paid.

To operators who don’t live in the USA or Europe- are you guys aware that it will cost you 25 euro to get your pay sent to your account unless you have a bitsafe debit card and every transaction costs too? Your first 500 messages will just go to transfer fees. No wonder they won’t tell you how this new payout platform works. Happy earnings! **** I forgot to mention that even with the bitsafe fees when they transfer money is free, if they do it right they will STILL charge you point of transfer fees starting at 5 euro. TF really loves themselves and everyone else is exploited talent. IF they even pay you, they have made money off your efforts already. Again, happy earnings!
