This is not even a good company to work for, they are terrible, horrible customer service all the time I would not even work for them don't do it

I have emailed finance department for the third time now. Should there be any delays in the salary, they should have at least given us prior notice thru email. -- Folks from the Philippines, have you verified your Bitsafe Account? I was informed by finance that they have sent the payment yesterday.

I haven't received my salary and I don't know what happened. I can still log in using my account but the coaches and support just refer me to finance. This is the first time that I have my salary delayed and I've been working hard for it. From Payoneer to Bitsafe like c'mon where's our pay? I would like to know what happened to it? I have been waiting since yesterday morning! ***Can't add another review but has anyone got their pay? I've got nothing from the finance department. Where's our salary? I messaged them regarding the verification part and they won't accept my only ID which is my Voter's ID which was 7 days ago. They said that it will start at the beginning of May payout but started at the end of April. I still can't see any verification because they won't accept my only ID. I guess they should have informed it clearly that at the end of April payout but not starting the May payout which is going to be on the 7th of May. I appreciate your effort Carmein. While I just applied after reading all of these terrible things the company does, I cannot shake the idea out of my head that there is something more sinister behind this. As I’m sure a lot of you just like myself during this time of pandemia are looking out for any sort of legal, legitimate, real (call it what you will etc) way of providing a little financial relief for our families. With that said, I was skeptical to put or send in my drivers license on a stupid impulse about an hour ago.- Guys I not only believe this company is a fraud but I highly believe that once they receive a copy of your license we are giving them full access of our lives and the lives of our families online! Which is a big problem, because if they can connect the dots online of not only you but your family and surrounding areas, gives me a sense that this is a “adult chat operator” is none other than a human trafficking operation.- hear me out, there is a total of 21 million people being exploited around the world without any fault of their own. I recommend to everyone who has applied, worked or crap look at their website to report them to ice.

Is there anyone here already receive their payout for this week? Since they switched to Bitsafe from Payoneer, I didn't receive any notifs from my email about the payout. Normally they send it by Thursday, but it's Friday already and didn't hear anything from them. I'm worried that the statements here might be true for not paying you for the work that you done. Though I received the invoice last Tuesday. Working here for month already.

Don't do it. I have worked for them for barely 2 months now. I received salary just once which is good but then I was surprised when one day they suddenly emailed me that I have broke their copy paste rule. They create reasons for your account to be deactivated. The screenshot they sent me do not have a date and I noticed that the 2 screenshots of what they said a 'copy pasted' messages are exactly the same. I don't work hard anymore coz I am very skeptical about how they do things on the back. And they changed their paying service to Bitsafe which also is so hard to register too. So basically, I do not want to work with them anymore as anytime all my hardworks will not pay off anyway. Again, they make excuses to deactivate your account so don't do it. If anyone knows any legit texting jobs, please let me know.

What is going on? Why transition to Bitsafe now? Is there any problem with the discontinuation from Payoneer? This is really hassled. :(
