Honestly im on the fence
Honestly im on the fence. I log in to work everyday and get no messages. The last time I got a message was in June. And it's now October 1. If there's not enough measages to distribute then maybe there should be a restrictions on South Africans and kenyans who create accounts and just resale them to people from countries not permitted to work for texting factory. I can't seem to get my fair share of messages because of the overload of fraudulent workers. It's no secret because they boast about it in the Facebook groups and the rules are very clear that reselling is not permitted. I enjoyed working for texting factory before this happened. I even wanted to do it full time and I have had my account for 5 years. Everytime I reach out to support they tell me to do the same log out and clear cache and cookes, reset modem, try different browser. I have done it all. But there is no fix. The only solution I see needs to happen is to drain the swamp so that workers from unauthorized countries don't ruin it for people who actually have the permission from texting factory to work. I absolutely love the new interface for their operator portal and how the company has invested in making the platform easy for their workers to use but I'm sadly unable to enjoy these benefits because of the low messages. I know it sound like I am ranting but honestly how can it be allowed for people to be selling 30 accounts at a time? And looking for subcontractors? It's disheartening to those of us who really want to work and don't have enough messages to go around to us because of them. I see them posting in the groups that they sign up with outlook emails to make it easier to sell and subcontract because outlook makes it easier for them to pull of their scheme of Subcontracting.
Response from Texting FactoryOct 4, 2026
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for being part of TextingFactory for the past five years. We understand how frustrating it is to log in ready to work and not receive messages, especially when you have already followed all the troubleshooting steps. We take any misuse of our platform very seriously. Every account is personal, and selling, sharing or subcontracting accounts is a clear breach of our terms. We have measures in place to protect the integrity of the platform, and we continuously review and strengthen them so that work goes to the operators who follow the rules. For obvious reasons, we do not share the details of this work publicly, but please be assured that reports like yours are taken into account. We are also glad to hear that you appreciate the new operator portal. It is a good example of how we keep investing in making the platform better for our operators. We would like to look into your account personally. Please get in touch with our local support team through our contact form (https://textingfactory.com/contact/) and select "Trustpilot" in the drop-down list. This way, your message reaches the right person directly, and we will look into it and get back to you personally. If you have any information about the activity you describe, you are welcome to include it there as well. Kind regards, The TextingFactory Team
