TextbookXReviews of textbookx.com

The book was very easy to use. It stopped where I was reading last so I don't forget.

TextbookX has really great prices and stylish school products to be honest. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.

It is super easy to use. Customer service is really helpful. The only thing is i wish they had more selection for supplies. But even what they have, i can make do.

Very Fast shipping and reliable when it comes to college books.

I have used this website for many of my college textbooks. It is easy to use. Most of the time it rivals Chegg. One time when I did not receive one of my books from a vender, TextbookX refunded the money to me. It's simple and easy to use

EXCELLENT SITE! This website is really easy and straightforward. You won’t get lost unless you’re a first time college student purchasing from this site, but you get the hang of it quickly. It’s easy to apply vouchers and not difficult at all to find how to do it. I’ve had great on time deliveries of my textbooks and as well as online codes for my online textbooks. It’s an overall great site to get books. I definitely think it could be improved by making the website more stylist and more use of color. Use CSS to make it noticeable and attention grabbing!

It was quick & easy to get ebooks & price was great! The only downside is the only way to get the book is via website & it doesn’t work on my tablet (Amazon Fire) unless I am on WiFi!

I have been ordering my books for school online as well as my lab equipment for my program through here. I prefer to use e-books and all purchases have been flawless regarding the e-book orders and the prices are more reasonable compared to some of the physical copies. Plus, I do not need to worry about carrying around five, ten-pound textbooks when they're in e-book format. My only issue is my last order for my lab equipment was severely back-ordered even though I had ordered it well in advance of the semester. I was never fully explained what the issue was, simply that it was severely back-ordered. Many of my classmates had the same issue. We did all receive our lab equipment and nothing was missing when I received mine. However, I didn't receive it until a ways into the semester having already started, which was frustrating. Otherwise, all of my experiences have been good.
