I believe the bookstore is a great resource for OU students. However, textbooks are way overpriced. I spent $100 on a book for English that my professor said we needed, but yet we never use it. After discovering that I would not need the book, the Bookstore would not let me return it.

Terrible service all around... Books are always delayed and the customer service is sketchy.. Always look to grab you books from Amazon or Chegg.

Hey Mason, It sounds like we made some real mistakes with your orders! I'd like to dig into them and try to figure out what went wrong, and what we can do to prevent it from happening again. I'll be sending a private message to request more info to help me on my quest! Thanks, TextbookX

The books came in quickly and they have everything you need. However, some of my books were cheaper in the actual bookstore than they were online.
