Hello Valerie, I hope everything is going well on your end. I apologize for the delayed response; the past three years have been dedicated to a relentless pursuit of scaling manufacturing, quality assurance, and ensuring that all our valued backers receive their premium tevaplanters as soon as we could get them shipped. I looked into your account and saw your tevaplanter was delivered on July 21st. I wanted to personally check in with you to confirm whether you've received your tevaplanter rewards. If you require any assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected]. I'm here to assist you in any way I can. Best, Roy @tevaplanter
