★☆☆☆☆ — Terrible Product, Disappointing Customer Service I purchased two Tevaplanters because I loved the concept. Unfortunately, neither of the original planters functioned properly. The company sent replacements, which initially worked beautifully, but within approximately two weeks, they essentially stopped wicking water altogether. I contacted Tevaplanter and followed their recommended cleaning procedures, including repeated vinegar treatments, brushing, and thorough rinsing. When those failed, I went even further with prolonged vinegar soaks and extensive flushing with mineral-free RO water. Despite weeks of troubleshooting, the terracotta remains almost completely dry, even with the reservoirs full. What makes this especially frustrating is the company's response. After explaining everything I'd tried, they simply informed me that because they'd already provided a one-time replacement, they wouldn't provide another. I had specifically requested a refund, not another replacement, and they didn't even address that request. I understand that products sometimes fail, but when multiple units experience the same fundamental problem, I expect a company to stand behind its product. For a planter whose entire purpose is to wick water through terracotta, failing to wick water is a pretty significant flaw. I've wasted an incredible amount of time trying to make these work, only to be left with nonfunctioning planters and no meaningful resolution from customer service. **Extremely disappointing. Save your money.**
