I wanted you to know that Europe, Australia, Canada, and every region is important to us. We shipped in batches so we could only ship to one region at a time in the early stage as we were not producing as much as we do now. The first batch was the US but the following 2 were sent to the EU and Middle East. We did all we could to be as fair to all regions as possible. Hello HHD, Sorry for the late reply, I wanted to reach out to make sure that you received your rewards and that you are growing and enjoying the tevaplanter. If you need any assistance or have any questions feel free to reach out to me directly via [email protected] and I will be more than happy to assist you. When we launched on Kickstarter we had working prototypes that we created in our studio which we tested and grew many different plants on. Our manufacturing partner we worked with pre-covid was not able to assist us as the pandemic made it very difficult to get to them as well as different regions to find a manufacturing partner. We did not expect the pandemic to be as detrimental to our progress as it was, we launched at the very beginning of the pandemic and we were working on launching the campaign for more than a year before the actual launch. We did all we could to get business rolling and we know the delay was not easy to endure which we apologies for. We are now very happy to be at a place where all of our backers have their rewards and we are now helping growers with their grow. Regarding the rebrand inquiry, we decided on the rebrand because it felt more aligned with our vision for the brand. We made sure to share this update on all our social media channels and through a Kickstarter update. Best, Roy
