I also waited over two years, but my 3 tevaplanters finally arrived. They are nice to look at, packaged well, and arrived with free chia seeds to use. I'm on day 4 of my chia and the planter is working perfectly. I'm feeling confident enough now to go out and spend a little money on some others plants to use with my remaining planters. This has been a long, but exciting experience for me. I also want to mention that when I emailed the company asking when I should expect my order they politely responded the next day. I understand some of the frustration here, but not all of the vitriol. But perhaps I'm just a naive person. I sincerely hope everyone else receives theirs soon and also has a positive experience using it. Peace!

This company is just a scam. They said the Tevaplanter will be shipped july 2020 but now i just received an update that itll be march 2023. I think they will keep pushing the shipment date forward till im dead. DONT BUT ANYTHING! I wish i never ordered the Tevaplanter.

Ordered over a year ago. No longer getting any updates. Can’t even manage to get a refund. Total waste of money and time. Found some vague info online. Why are they filling US, EU and Middle East before Canada? What does Canada always get screwed by indiegogo projects? :(

Well, I'm proud to announce that I actually got my Tevaplanter (Terraplanter) order - it's been a while (from May 2020) but its finally here - and its just amazing as they described it - just finished my Chia seeds first planting - and waiting to try it with other plants -

totally scam!

I ordered two Tevaplanters from the Tevaplanter website in December 2021 and received confirmation they would be delivered during Q1 2022. These were Christmas presents for family. Q1 came and went and no Tevaplanters arrived. I received no communication from Tevaplanter to inform me of any delays. Q2 also came and went and still no Tevaplanters arrived or any communication from Tevaplanter. When I chased Tevaplanter for an update in July I was told my website order wouldn't be shipped until Q2 2023, but was at least offered a refund. I accepted the refund, but two weeks passed and I still hadn't been refunded. When I chased, I was told 'for some reason the refund didn't go through'. They then cancelled and refunded me for one of my orders, but not the other. Which meant I had to chase them again for a full refund. Which brings me to now - 8 months down the line from my initial orders, no Tevaplanters, no pro-active communication, frighteningly poor customer service and a lot of chasing from me just to get my money back. Given the number of reviews on here from people still waiting for orders from 2019 & 2020, I'm not sure why they were still taking orders in December 2021... I can't speak for the product, but based on my experience with the company, I won't be coming back!

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. Like EVERYONE else I've waited 2 years for a product that never arrives. Pathetic emails every so often repeating over and over the same useless information and promising to deliver with dates coming and going like the wind. Absolutely SHOCKING "customer care" and I now DO NOT believe a word of anything they say. With over $6M, yes Million, scammed from so many people and the pandemic logistic issues ending a long time ago, what possible excuse could they have for not fulfilling EVERYONE'S orders by now?? No email address gets you in contact with them and I'm sure I looked into it but couldn't take any other course of action due to the Kickstarter small print. An actual disgrace that a "company" is allowed to get away with this with no recourse or accountability whatsoever. I will never seek to help out any business ever again.

It has taken some time, but today I received the Tevaplanter. I expect it will work out just fine, and prepped it with chia-seeds. It's beautiful to look at, and came with a little book of advice. Neatly packed. I wonder why people have so little trust and patience. This is not a scam.
