After the worst experience with diabetic exchange, I just had the Best experience ever with these nice people. I received payment 2.5 hours after delivery was confirmed by the postal service. Excellent communication throughout the process, which is rare in this business. Out of 6 companies I've dealt with in the past, teststripz.com is by far the best. Send them in with confidence.

No problem with you but PayPal sucks my god I sent them all kinds of proof that you did receive the package in order to get the money released to me. Otherwise it would have taken 21 days I realize they’re being cautious but it was everything they asked me to get and I still had to go through like 3 different people and finally they released me funds.

When I put my quote in it stated $140 when I was paid they only gave me $40. I was email saying, “everything looks great” with no mention of why I was being paid so little. Talking with customer service they said my dates were too old on one box. Even if that’s the case, I feel like stating why I was paid $100 less than quoted would be great customer service. Personally I’d go somewhere else. Not what I expected.

Hi Dani, I've reviewed your order and the boxes you sent expire 2/2023 and 5/2023. Our pricing is very much dependent on expiration, which is clearly indicated when placing an order. The minimum expiration we can currently accept is 5/2023 and as stated on the website and in your order, we pay $40 per box on these. If you need additional clarification please contact us anytime.
