Horrible company, they steal money from you and claim that your packages are damaged. Easy way to scam people out of their money. If there packages are damaged then send them back, don’t keep the supplies if you say it’s damaged. That’s stealing.

Hello, We provided images of the products in question and they are very clearly damaged. As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot pay full price for items that are damaged.

Hi Mark, If you can provide an order number I will look into this further. Delays do occur, and when it's a carrier delay there's not a lot we can do to expedite the process. On our end we process everything the day it arrives.

Bryan, as we told you already, you sent us a refurbished product. We do not accept refurbished medical supplies, as stated in our terms and conditions. We went out of our way to mail the item back to you. Please bring your business elsewhere in the future.

Awful experiences, I ordered a box of Medtronic infusion sets, and paid for expedited shipping only to not have the product on the date it was supposed to arrive but to to have the order canceled 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. I did contact support a day after it should have arrived, which is only a message service, and they assure it would looked into and I guess their solution was to just cancel he order. Now I have lost a week to try and find another option as I am on my last infusion set.

Hello, If you can provide an order number I can look into this further. The only time we cancel orders is when they're flagged as fraud by Shopify. If there was a mistake on our end we'll rectify it.

Hello, the expiration date ranges fluctuate depending on market conditions. If some products have later expiration requirements we usually increase the payout amount. Please feel free to compare our ranges and prices against other companies. We always do our best to offer the highest rates possible.

Hi Sharon, We send all payments within 24 hours of receiving your package. Your payment went out the same day we received your order. If there was a hold, that is a PayPal-specific issue. If you reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] we will do our best to assist, but PayPal has their own rules and regulations that have nothing to do with us. Thank you.

Ordered a Dexcom G6 transmitter that would not pair with my mobile device. Contacted Dexcom who said that transmitter had been used several months earlier than the order. Contacted Teststripz about this and have heard nothing back. Follow Up: The owner of the company did contact me and not only refunded the purchase price but sent a new transmitter as well for free. Thank you for going the extra mile.
