Not a satisfying experience
I have worked with you several times without any issues but this time there a issue. I sent strips in and you said you received them them I got the email saying it was good and you wou send a check. Here it is almost 2 weeks and still nothing. When I called the lady blamed it on slow mail. She couldn’t even tell me if the check was sent out. I am very disappointed

Hi Thelma, It looks like there was an issue with the check being mailed initially, which was an error on our end.
