They pay out way too late

I’ve always had a good experience dealing with this company up until my last transaction. Some how the package was misplaced after it’s arriving and it took a few extra days to be located and for me to be compensated. It was eventually found and I was paid for said product.

I was not given the complete money per item due to 2 boxes that were "damaged." I wish I would have taken pictures myself because I know they were not damaged when I sent them. I know next time.

Yall told I was getting a certain amount then yall changed my refund saying it was expire soon in 2026 so what was reason to tell you the dates of the items if you not going do it right the first tome

Overall you guys are amazing it’s just the wait process. At least a minimum of a week every time if not longer. But other than that I have no complaints.

I was told I would receive 50 bucks for my test strips and I received half that because they said the box was damaged. The box was in perfect shape with alittle sticker residue on it which I was under the impression they would take that off or put the new sticker over it. Not a good start if you ask me. But we'll give them one more chance. They quote the highest price. Now if they give what they quote that would be the right thing to do. TAKE pictures of what you send in.

it was not damaged when I sent it so should have got all the money. but i did get most of the money.

I I was quoted 565.00 received 425.00 without explanation as to why!
