This is an awesome service! My first experience with an LSAT prep company was actually with Kaplan because they had an in-person class near me and I thought that I needed that in-person interaction to be successful on the exam. It was only a month long and met 3-4 times per week in the evening. For me, the fact that this class was after work and the fact that we were whipping through material without actually discussing the root of why things were right or wrong made that method really ineffective. It ended up being a huge waste of time and money. The nice thing about LSATMax was that I could go at my own pace and practice on my own time. The tutoring service was great as well. Ben was able to get into the nitty gritty of really difficult problems with me and helped to identify the type of thinking that would lead me to right answers more often. Anyone that has taken this test also knows that confidence on test day plays a key role and it was nice having someone who had taken the exam in my corner making me feel more confident. Overall, great business with friendly, capable people. Highly recommend.

Hello. Not that anyone cares, my name is Darrien. Obviously I’m a user of LSAT max. I also hired a private tutor, and have had the best experience throughout this process. If you are considering hiring a private tutor, your first must is to ask for Ben. He is by far the best professional, tutor, and mentor you could possibly ask for. Throughout the process there’s been a lot of ups and downs. However, Ben was as calm as Joe Flacco; as encouraging and motivating as Ray Lewis; and as good as Tom Brady. Maybe that simile is a little fatuous, but there’s no other way I can describe this person. He is available whenever you need him, supportive, and extremely reassuring that everything will be perfectly fine. LSATMAX is a good resource, but I’m telling you that Ben is a weapon. I cannot speak on the other tutors, but I can tell you that Ben alone is worth the hefty investment. I was struggling when deciding if I should make this investment; now in hindsight, not making the investment would have been silly. Ben teaching style is very effective. There was a time when I had a friend of mine sitting next to me while I was in a session, and he was amazed at his delivery and how fluent the content came across. My friend finished the session having just as strong as an understanding for formal logic as I did. That friend jokingly said at the end of the session, “Ben might be the reason that I pursue a career in law.” He is also extremely patient, and able to break things down in many other ways if you have a difficult time understanding something in particular. I can go on continuously about how good Ben is, but the best way to understand something is to experience it yourself. Thank you Ben for making this journey enjoyable, memorable, and as smooth as possible. If I could do it over again, the only thing I would do differently is purchase an infinite amount of hours. I’m excited to take the lsat, and I’m extremely honored to know that I have Ben on my side when test day comes. Good luck to everyone going through this process, or about to begin this process! I took my first LSAT test and definitely needed some improvement on my score. Luckily I signed up for this tutoring service and was pleased with a 6 point improvement! My tutor, Ben, helped me understand logic games at a quicker pace and was a pleasure to work through puzzles with. I highly recommend this service!

The LSATMax experience was so worth it. The easy access to tons of material made studying so much easier. Special thanks to my tutor Ben, he was so patient and challenged my thinking so I felt more confident when I hit the hard problems on my own!

The course material was great. I really liked the daily questions; they always kept me alert. I also invested in the tutoring portion of the program. It was a great experience! Ben guided me through many LSAT game types, which helped me better diagram, understand, and perform on test day. He also gave me great strategies and tips for the LR question types I was struggling with.

My experience so far with LSATMAX has been great! My tutor Ben has helped me a lot with understanding the mechanics of the test and is very patient when I do not get a concept. Overall, I am learning a lot and already feel better about taking the LSAT in November!

I did a LOT of research when picking a… I did a LOT of research when picking a test prep company to work with, as I was hesitant about the hefty sum of money that each one costs. All in all, I am very happy with LSAT Max. This company is much smaller than the big brand names like Kaplan and Blueprint -- and that's a good thing. Customer service is top notch, and so are the tutors. I've been working with Ben for the last few months. I was nervous about the virtual tutoring platform, but it's honestly been much more convenient than a conventional in-person tutor or classroom experience. My tutor, Ben M, has been extraordinarily helpful in logic games and conditional reasoning. He's approachable, flexible with scheduling, and really knows his stuff. I'd highly recommend!

I would not recommend BarMax services to anyone who is preparing for the bar exam. I requested to cancel my order on November 22nd. It took them three months to cancel service. Their customer service is horrible. When asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available but someone will return my call. I never received a phone call. I had to contact Affirm to help cancel seeing and they weren’t helpful either. I recorded every call with BarMax representatives and emailed it to Affirm. It’s amazed me how they received a payment of in two days and one day later they refused to cancel service. I went through another bar prep and received better results.
