As part of my LSATMax test prep package, I purchased ten hours of tutoring. Ben Mingov was assigned as my tutor and he was amazing! We specifically focused on games but also focused on logical reasoning. Before Ben, my game set ups weren’t the best and I had a difficult time staying focused on the game and not obsessing over the time. However, Ben really helped me get my game set up right and gave me time saving tips. He is also very accessible and is always there to answer any questions regardless if you have a tutoring session for that day or one coming up. Also, Ben is very good about breaking down the question stems in logical reasoning and explaining it, which can sometimes be difficult. Overall, Ben was a great tutor and I know he helped raise my LSAT score

After taking the July and February bar exam and had mpt/mee scores of 120, I decided that I needed a tutor. After watching a free session that bar max had, I decided I wanted to purchase tutoring through them. I worked with Celeste for 21 sessions. Celeste was amazing to work with and helped me so much. She even helped me get my test gitters out. My mpt/ mee score increased 20 points! And I passed the bar on the third try.

I went from a 164 to a 177. The video explanations and the practice problems were unparalleled for building a foundational understanding of each type of question on the test. The overall design and analytics for tracking progress were essential in helping me know my weakness and improvement points. And the huge collection of real tests gave me all the practice and feedback I needed to achieve above my goal score, and open doors for some of the best law schools.

I have been out of law school for 15 years and found myself moving to a state that didn't have reciprocity with the places I had practiced law before. Full time job, coordinating an out of state move, and caring for 3 children...I completed the class. I left the bar exam not knowing how I did but certain that I couldn't have been any better prepared. I was delighted to find out my score was more than 50 points above what I needed to pass. Amazing program that I thought was better than the much more expensive course I took back in 2005.

I did not do JD from a US School, and studied limited subjects during the LLM course I pursued in my university. When I started with Bar exam prep, I had heard about Barbri, Themis and Kaplan courses. But I did my own research and came across BarMax. I chose BarMax because it offered only real MBE questions, the course materials were not too intimidating, and the plan was at a decent price range, not being exorbitantly expensive. I loved the fact that I could do my entire prep online, without having to read hard books. The phone app was also very good. I could listen to lectures or do some practice questions whenever and wherever I got time. I am so glad I took BarMax because I passed the exam in my first attempt. I give them a lot of credit for making this happen. Thank you BarMax!

I studied for the LSAT for a while on my own, but I found that my score was starting to plateau. I was getting a good score and I was skeptical that I could improve any further. But I signed up for some sessions with Ravi and the effect was immediate. With his help, my practice scores began to rise again. He had an answer for every question I asked, and with his help I got a 180 when I took the test. Working with him really made the difference for me and got my score to a place I couldn’t have gotten it on my own.
