Wonderful & fast customer service over an issue I had about an item

Einen Spoiler bestellt und eine Kleinigkeit dazu. Nach einer Woche eine Anfrage ob es so oder so sein soll. War eigentlich alles klar. Geantwortet. Nach Wochen immer noch keine Ware geleifert bekommen. Die mehreren Sendungsverfolgungen welche ich erhalten habe waren jedesmal andere. Am schluss eine die etwas anzeigte aber seit Wochen das gleiche halt. Käuferschutzfall bei Paypal eröffnet aber nicht wirklich weiter gekommen. Das geld wird eventuell irgendwann zurück kommen aber ich kann nur jedem raten die Bewertungen der Firma Teslaunch ernst zu nehmen und nicht zu bestellen. Selbst im TFF Forum ist nichts gutes zu lesen. ich habe mich über die schlechten Bewertungen hinweggesetzt und habe meine Strafe erhalten Nachtrag der Spoiler wurde am 13.08.2025 geliefert

Great product

Terrible experience with Teslaunch. They have a 2 piece carbon fiber set for the CT rear view mirror area and the lines on the pieces are completely different so they look stupid next to each other. Did you ever think about making them match? Duh. They also sell a sunshade kit they claim is for Model S 2012-2025 but its not even close to matching the window sizes. I thought they sent me one for the wrong car but I think they're just selling a universal product for any car. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee but then fought me over it, refused to take it back, and after 5 emails (that they send in the middle of the night) they offered a partial refund. Obviously this is cheap garbage from China they don't want to ship back. I won't ever buy from them again.

I ordered a „magnetic wireless charger“ for my Model 3. Unfortunately the adhesive of the magnetic rings was too weak, they detach from the phone when you remove it from the base… Long Story short: Teslaunch respondet and sent me a completely new set ! Great ! Thanks a lot, Joe !
