I bought the Tesla Model Y Induction Rim Protector Set. Of the 5pcs not a single one fit properly despite following the installation instructions. For a price point of more than 100€ this is unacceptable

I do not recommend the dog car seat cover for pets, the dog seat belt i attached in my seat belt buckle and has now gotten stuck and won’t come out. I contact them and they gave me a screenshot of a video I sent them saying I inserted it on an angle but you can not see that it has been inserted on an angle. They said they will not cover any cost for me having to pay and get it fixed to get THERE seat belt out. Do not get this item. I have used many dog seat belts for years and have never had an issue with them until this one.

Bad, cheap China quality and late delivery. 7 products ordered, only 3 fits!!!! Never again

I ordered a touch up paint based on their huge bold ad of 3-7 days shipping. After ordering I discovered that it was shipping from China, and knew it would take weeks, not days. I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. They would respond every 24 hours and try to get me to keep the order by offering first a 20% discount, and the next day a 30% discount. I told them no each time as I had ordered from another source as I did not want to wait. They failed to cancel it even though they were asked to before shipment. They said that they would help me return it once received. When it arrived, it was also the wrong color (starlight silver instead of sonic silver that I had ordered). I have emailed them every day since it arrived and they will not respond. I have all the pertinent proof of my claims. I told them I would submit this review as well as contact PayPal for resolution. They never responded. Never again with these folks.

★☆☆☆☆ WORST SELLER EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered a rear screen, delivered 15th August 2026. Looks ok on the website, but completely USELESS - does not connect to ANY app advertised. It's just a dead screen. Contacted them on 17th August with videos proving it doesn't work. Then requested refund/replacement on 22nd August. Since then they are avoiding me with any excuse, refusing to send a return label or refund. Zero customer service, zero warranty, they take your money and disappear. Product is NOT as described, NOT fit for purpose. I had to open a bank dispute to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save your money.

I ordered a tailgate camping tent for $699 on August 17, 2026. Before it arrived, I asked to cancel because their shipping wasn't going to arrive on time. They refused, saying it had already shipped, and told me to wait for it and return it myself. I followed their instructions and paid $252.24 out of pocket for UPS return shipping, which they agreed to reimburse. UPS delivered the return to their return address on September 22, 2026. I have UPS proof of delivery with a photo. Teslaunch now claims they never received it and refuses to refund me. I've contacted them repeatedly with the proof of delivery, and I'm still out $699 for the tent plus $252.24 for return shipping. Be very careful before ordering. If anything goes wrong with your order, getting your money back may be extremely difficult. I'll update this review if they make it right.

I bought a few items from T-Launch, and the quality is largely just "passable". One item in particular, however, has a site description that is an egregious misrepresentation of what you actually receive. Specifically, the "carbon-fiber-style-door-sill-protector-set-8-pieces-for-tesla-model-y-juniper" The pictures depict something that looks really nice. I knew it wouldn't be carbon fiber at that price, but it does say "CF Style" and the pictures were encouraging! What you actually receive, is far worse. In fact, it was scuffed right out the box (damaged) and the appearance overall is so terrible that I'm not installing them. It's thin black plastic with a kind of hashmark pressed onto them. It's nowhere near what you'd imagine. Don't be duped by the photos, what you see, is definitely not what you get.

Dropshipper - not legitimate products. Don't respond and don't deal with refunds - 0/10 don't buy!
