Clear information

The customer service has been excellent.

A+ customer service and products. Joe was great helping me with my license plate holder order. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery, Perfect Communication

I placed another order in Teslaunch and again everything was super. Very good quality product, fast delivery. For sure I can recommend this shop!

Bad to do business with this company, buyer beware. Order takes forever to get. If your lucky enough to get anything it will be the wrong item that they won't accept return. Ordered a yoke steering wheel that they told me would fit my 2026 model y when I asked them before purchasing, 6 weeks later when received it was a wheel for a 2020-2023 model y , then I was told to resell the item myself and they would give me a 10 discount on my next order? No Thank you, I'll buy from a reputable company next time. Any good reviews this company gets has to be from them/ there friends and family because they are a scam. Buyer Beware

The prices and customer support has been top notch There was a small issue with one of the products but they quickly offered a satisfying way of fixing it, which I greatly appreciate.
