I ordered 20” Uberturbine rim protectors because they advertised “fast shipping 3 - 7 days” on the listing. They were more expensive than ordering from China but I wanted them sooner so I paid the extra. After a few days I hadn’t received a tracking number so I contacted them as I couldn’t see how they would be arriving in 3-7 days when I have no tracking number yet, after the third email and 8 days later they said my item was shipped and sent me a tracking number. It was a tracking number from China and its status was shipping information received, not shipped or dispatched. I contacted them and explained that I too could have just ordered them from China and waited this long and at a lower cost! They are clearly a drop shipping company so I advise you just order from China yourself. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. They have cancelled the order and issued a refund.

Bought the ‘Napa Leather’ door trims, seemed expensive but hey they are napa leather apparently so was happy to pay the higher price.. As with most things on the internet, not leather at all, some plastic and rubber temu quality garbage. Didn’t last a month before it was peeling and stripped showing the material to be 1mm of plastic… Won’t be buying from this establishment again, if you lie about your products you lose my custom.

Een week later heb ik geen enkel vervolgbericht, verzendbewijs of vervangende zending ontvangen. Ondanks meerdere vervolgberichten en een duidelijke reactietermijn blijven mijn vragen onbeantwoord. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen. Ik ben teleurgesteld in zowel het product als de afhandeling en het gebrek aan communicatie. --- Two of the four rim protectors have come loose. I am therefore also dissatisfied with the quality of the product. T-Launch promised me a solution and confirmed that a replacement order had been created. A week later, I have received no further communication, proof of shipment or replacement. Despite several follow-up messages and a clear deadline for a response, my questions remain unanswered. Commitments have not been fulfilled. I am disappointed with both the product and the handling of this matter, as well as the lack of communication.

Absolutely terrible experience – I will never buy from this company again. I ordered a Nappa leather leg support cushion for the front seats of my Tesla Model Y, along with a headrest. The problems started before the products even arrived. My order was delayed multiple times, and every time I contacted customer service, I was brushed off with the same generic, copy-paste responses about how they were “monitoring the situation” and “doing everything they could to speed up the process.” Completely useless. Then the products finally arrived – and what an absolute pile of cheap junk. The leg support is practically unusable. Every single time you get out of the seat, it moves out of position. So when you get back into the car, you have to reach down and manually adjust it again. Imagine doing that 10–15 times a day. For a product that is supposed to improve comfort, it somehow manages to make using the seat significantly more annoying. The headrest is just as bad. It is ridiculously oversized, badly shaped and so uncomfortable that it feels more likely to give you neck pain than provide any actual support. The overall quality feels like cheap, generic mass-produced merchandise from China being resold at a significant markup. Based on my experience, I see absolutely no reason to pay a premium here. Poor customer service, frustrating delays and shockingly bad products. Never again.

basically this is a chinese drop shipping site...not real Tesla or dutch store. You have to really search for that statement on the site. You think it will come in 1-2 days, but it took almost two weeke to arrive. Also free return is only free when the device is broken.

J’ai acheté plusieurs produits. Sur le point positif , le porte téléphone a l’air robuste et fidèle à la description En revanche j’ai acheté des revêtements pour la console centrale , qui ne sont pas du tout fidèle au rendu , et surtout qui ne recouvre pas complètement l’ensemble les découpe sont grossières et laisse voir le revêtement original J’ai également acheté deux accessoires pour l’extérieur dont un est arrivé cassé Difficile de recommander cette marque

Very first order. The shipping is impossible to follow and now they're telling me that they need to send it again due to shipping. Ordered this item over a month ago and they're still faffing around with hardly any contact and poor excuses..

Generally good prices, but I have now been waiting for my order for 3 weeks - the site claims 1-2 days processing and up to 12 days of shipping time to US, but per shipping status, it just arrived at the post in China, so will still be another 2 weeks to the door. Reached out to them via Whatsapp numerous times with 0 response.
