Very mixed experience with this company, currently called T-Launch but I belive they might have had previous name/s. Great selection of Tesla car accessories on offer, Most are a competitive price for my Model Y Juniper LR RWD. Not the greatest search options on the website to narrow down the products specific to your car type. The delivery times for orders are long, I've been OK with this but if you want to receive something quickly forget buying from these people. I've been happy with the quality of the items I've ordered, fit and finish have all been good so far and nothing I've purchased looks cheap or out of place in the vehicle. The live tracking works OK but it is pretty frustrating to see your order moving at snail pace through the logistics providers warehouse or airport facility in China or the UK, often without the package moving for DAYS & DAYS on end. There doesn't appear to be any option to have an expedited/guaranteed delivery. The goods I've ordered have all been packed well and have arrived undamaged. If the delivery was faster I'd have given at least 4*'s. My suggestion to prospective customers is to create an account, put what you want to buy in the basket and leave it there, I've always received reminders with a discount code for 10 or 15% off that's valid for 24 hours. The also tend to email other incentives BUT frustratingly they won't let you use multiple discount codes on one order but they don't make this fact obvious until you actually try to checkout. I you click "buy now" PREPARE TO BE VERY PATIENT WAITING FOR DELIVERY!

UPDATE: The company allowed me to return the product for a full refund. To account for this excellent customer service, I have changed my one star rating to a three star. I purchased the Version 2 OEM-style gear shift stalk kit for my North American Tesla Model Y Juniper RWD Long Range. The product itself appears to function electrically, but the installation documentation and support have been completely unacceptable. T-Launch sells Version 1 and Version 2 as different versions of this product, yet I have been unable to find a complete Version 2 installation video or Version 2-specific instructions. The installation video provided by T-Launch does NOT match the construction of my vehicle. This isn’t a minor cosmetic difference. My Model Y has different footwell/trim construction and knee-airbag assemblies in areas where the harness needs to be routed. The video shows panels being removed and wiring routed in ways that simply do not correspond to my vehicle. I eventually had to consult Tesla’s actual service documentation just to understand why panels shown popping off in T-Launch’s video would not come off my car. I spent hours on what was presented as a DIY installation, partially disassembled my vehicle, bruised/cut my fingers trying to follow the provided instructions, and ultimately reached a point where I was unwilling to improvise cable routing around SRS/airbag components without proper instructions from the manufacturer. I contacted T-Launch for help during their advertised business hours while my vehicle was apart and did not receive a timely response. Their website says inquiries may take up to 24 hours to receive a response. That is not meaningful installation support when a customer’s vehicle is sitting partially disassembled. Most frustratingly, this isn’t a brand-new product that was released yesterday. If T-Launch sells a distinct Version 2 for vehicles whose construction differs from the vehicle demonstrated in their installation video, they should provide complete Version 2 instructions showing every required step, particularly safe harness routing around the vehicle’s SRS components. Their own website also does not appear to provide customers with an obvious way to submit a product review, which is why I am posting my experience here. The stalk may work, but a DIY automotive product is not just the hardware in the box. Accurate instructions for the exact version being sold are part of the product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this kit to other Version 2 Model Y Juniper owners unless and until T-Launch publishes complete, vehicle-appropriate installation documentation.

shift stalk and mudflaps don't fit tesla model y 2025+ standard. They only updated the website after I purchased and will not provide return shipping label. after some negotiation I have been given an 80% refund and now have a shift kit for sale, dm me ;)

Long shipping time, ordered on 18th April, didn’t arrive until 6th May, item seems good quality but as I spent £96 on them but the customs declaration saying the total value of the package was 7USD (£5.15) that is a horrendous mark up!

I received the 8inch rear screen and installed it to find more or less useless. Extremely slow response from the screen to now 2months later barely works when tapping the screen. I’ve messaged Teslaunch to get told know refund will be given. I have since been replied by Teslaunch to say they will refund me after seeing my review if I change it or remove it. So I have upgraded them from one to three stars. But really they should have give me the refund prior. Which is annoying that it took me to give a bad review to get a refund.

After about three weeks, the strut is no longer pushing the trunk up when I open the latch
