★☆☆☆☆ WORST SELLER EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered a rear screen, delivered 15th August 2026. Looks ok on the website, but completely USELESS - does not connect to ANY app advertised. It's just a dead screen. Contacted them on 17th August with videos proving it doesn't work. Then requested refund/replacement on 22nd August. Since then they are avoiding me with any excuse, refusing to send a return label or refund. Zero customer service, zero warranty, they take your money and disappear. Product is NOT as described, NOT fit for purpose. I had to open a bank dispute to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save your money.

I ordered a tailgate camping tent for $699 on August 17, 2026. Before it arrived, I asked to cancel because their shipping wasn't going to arrive on time. They refused, saying it had already shipped, and told me to wait for it and return it myself. I followed their instructions and paid $252.24 out of pocket for UPS return shipping, which they agreed to reimburse. UPS delivered the return to their return address on September 22, 2026. I have UPS proof of delivery with a photo. Teslaunch now claims they never received it and refuses to refund me. I've contacted them repeatedly with the proof of delivery, and I'm still out $699 for the tent plus $252.24 for return shipping. Be very careful before ordering. If anything goes wrong with your order, getting your money back may be extremely difficult. I'll update this review if they make it right.

Excellent Customer Service and very professional to deal with. Their products are also some of the best in the market when comparing quality. Joe the manager is a pleasure to deal with if you have any issues and will resolve it quickly and promptly. Highly recommended

--- Two of the four rim protectors have come loose. I am therefore also dissatisfied with the quality of the product. T-Launch promised me a solution and confirmed that a replacement order had been created. A week later, I have received no further communication, proof of shipment or replacement. Despite several follow-up messages and a clear deadline for a response, my questions remain unanswered. Commitments have not been fulfilled. I am disappointed with both the product and the handling of this matter, as well as the lack of communication.

Very helpful when i had a query about fitting a d nothing was too much trouble, the seat cover looks as good as the original seat and works really well to protect the seat from my dog climbing in, other covers i’ve had were difficult to clean but these are very easy

I love my Starlink mini cable that plugs into the socket of my Tesla so that I have Starlink roam while on the road.

I ordered the 19" Crossflow Aluminum Alloy Wheel Rim Protectors for my 2026 Model Y Juniper. My order arrived quickly and I was very impressed with the color match! Will definitely be purchasing through them again :)

The wheel protectors fit perfectly without the need for the double sided tape. They blend into the wheel and are hardly noticeable. Was easy to order and didn’t take too long to arrive. I will be ordering from this company again as there is lots of other stuff on their website that I want.
