I want to upgrade the audio system for Model Y. The staff made accurate recommendations based on the model and my needs. After installation, the sound quality is distinct, as if I were in a mobile concert hall. The quotation is transparent throughout the process without hidden costs.

Bad product and even worse customer service
My product was not shipped until I alerted them that I hadn’t received any shipping information. When I finally received my product, I wanted to return it because the magnet was not strong and it does not charge very well. The arm holding the phone up, keeps dragging down by the weight of the phone. I contacted them to return the item and they went back-and-forth with me about how I was wrong. And they did not want me to return it. Most likely because you’re shipping back to China. Update: they responded to this negative review 3 months later. There’s your example of prompt customer service. No thanks

We are deeply sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with both the shipping of your product and its quality. It is completely unacceptable that the item did not function as expected and that you were met with unhelpful back-and-forth communication when you tried to return it. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for this unacceptable level of service. This is not the standard we aim for, and we are committed to making it right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order details so we can personally investigate this issue and ensure a proper resolution is reached.

The customer service exhibited poor…
The customer service exhibited poor conduct, disregarding customer feedback on the defective sunshade. Instead of addressing the concerns, they persisted in questioning the customers, implying that we were deliberately judging the product. Despite the customer’s explicit concerns regarding the product’s low quality, the company showed reluctance to provide a refund.

No returns…
The order was wrong and they won’t refund. They asked me to sell it to another owner 🤷‍♂️ Communication is rubbish and customer service is awful. Do not use, cheap Chinese company. Now they ask me to get in touch 4 months later on the same email address that I was dealing with in the first place... Finally after an age, Rio got back to me and has refunded my money so I would like to say thank you to them for sorting this out. It has restored some my faith in this company. Thank you

We are deeply sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with your incorrect order and our customer service. It is completely unacceptable that you were refused a refund for an order that was our mistake, and the suggestion to sell the item yourself is both unprofessional and a clear failure of our policy. We understand your frustration with our communication and sincerely apologize for the awful service you received. This is not the standard we aim for, and we are committed to making things right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order details so we can personally investigate this matter and ensure a proper resolution is reached.
