Tesla Juniper-Istanbul
I made a purchase from Turkey, and due to customs regulations, the return process was quite challenging. However, when I sent an email, I was able to reach someone, and they were helpful. I recommend watching not only the catalog photos of the products but also the installation videos below them. After evaluating the whole process, I can recommend Tesery for Tesla accessories.

I am seeking to return a recent purchase
I am seeking to return a recent purchase, which experienced significant delays. Despite selecting "two-week expedited delivery," the item arrived after more than a month. Furthermore, I did not receive any communication regarding the delay. After initiating contact, I was informed the item had been returned to the warehouse and was being reshipped. I have sent multiple emails requesting a return for one of the purchased items, and only one response directed me to contact the manufacturer. The customer service experience was unsatisfactory, and I will not be making future purchases. 08.17.2025 Just an update on this company. Their customer service now seems non-existent. Still no response from my repeated inquiries about facilitating my return. Buyer beware

I am going to alter a previous review as whilst I was sent the wrong roof shade for my Tesla Y I contacted the company who immediately replied, they asked for pictures of the item and agreed that I had been sent the wrong item. I was duly sent the correct item which fits well and is good quality. The communication can take a day or two but had been positive. It is only fair to show what I believe to be good service.

They are scam company
They are scam company. Try to return items is almost impossible. They charge restocking fee and require photos sent even though this is not stated in their return policy. Go elsewhere, these products are available through multiple stores.

Misleading Return Policy and Unhelpful Customer Service
After roughly 18 back‑and‑forth emails, customer service kept repeating the same script and insisting the company was right. The website advertises “30 days no reason to return or exchange goods, no restocking fee,” but the actual policy is conditional—there is no true “no reason” return. The persistence without resolution wore me down, and I ended up disposing of the product. My advice to future buyers: read the full policy carefully and treat this as a ONE-WAY purchase.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, orders take forever to arrive and when you have a problem I was told that the shipping cost plus the restocking fee would be more than the cost of the item ($85) so I should just keep the item and forget about it. Save your money, shop elsewhere.....

AVOID at all costs
AVOID at all costs. Ordered parts for Juniper model however they sent me Model Y 2024 parts. None of the parts fit my car. Customer services is a joke. They only correspond via email which take days. Their refund process is a joke: 1. keep the parts and sell them on your own or give to friend, 2. refund 60% of original purchase. 3. they send you Chinese shipping label with no helpful info. Horrible experience. Contacted my credit card company and no help. AMEX screwed me. Out $1800 dollars and I still dont have correct parts. TESERY kept my money for error they made!!

Tessery is the absolute worst
Tessery is the absolute worst. I ordered the backseat window shades for our model Y. One came damaged. They tried to gaslight me for a month saying it was impossible it was sent broken, I must have done something to break it. When I asked for a refund or to resend the broken side, they argued with me by asking for a photo after photo, new photos every week, new questions, just hoping I would drop off. They finally said they would re-sent the broken side. My order was placed in April 2025. It is now July 2025 and I do not have any replacement. Never again will I buy from them and I will write every review possible to make sure we all dont. I also bought a backseat organizer that broke already. This company is trash.
