Ordered a dash cover for my model 3 and it did not fit, they offered to refund me 10% of the $150 i paid and that I could keep it. Really crappy service, company is straight out of china.

They pretend like they are more than a Chinese marketplace similar to Aliexpress, but in reality they simply order from one and forward goods to you for a massive mark up. I got a tail light delivered in over 30 days for 2x the price of the direct purchase. Their customer service was not very helpful, clearly lying, saying they “shipped” the parcel only for them later to correct themselves and “ship” it again in a few days.

Say away from this company, they are scammers. Hope this saves some people there money. I’m out over $200.00. Don’t get scammed!!! Please read all the reviews before you think of buying anything.

I live in Singapore. Ordered a set of brake caliper covers and Alcantara steering wheel cover for my Tesla Model 3 Highland. First issue of trouble was that I never received an order confirmation ID, though my card was charged and I received mails from Tesery congratulating me on my order. Despite sending follow-up emails, no response. Just when I thought I was scammed, the parts arrived from China a month later. The front calipers were ok, but the rear ones had the wrong brackets, so could not fix it. And the steering wheel cover was ill-fitting. Despite emailing them a few times, no response it. And the customer service numbers are all numbers in China, with no response. So Tesery is indeed a scam. The website is slick, but don’t be fooled. All parts are from unbranded china players, and customer service does not exist. I spent about 400 Singapore Dollars, when I could order direct from other e-commerce sites sourcing from China for less than half the price. I thought the quality and service would be good, since this is a US vendor. Not quite the case. Suggest you stay away from these scammers.

Purchased a usb stick from this company took a life time to arrive and the adapter is damaged and won’t fit the usb. Not tried the usb yet will keep you posted but not hopeful…..the USB doesn’t even work! I have been scammed!!!!! Sent an email to customer services to complain and request a refund, received a reply in Chinese!! Here is the translation! misleading photos, multiple options make ordering deliberately confusing. poor customer service refused to provide exchange/return/refunds.

Received two items ordered... Model Y and Model X vehicle covers. Tesery was diligent and contacted me via email to verify model year for each. The items arrived much faster than I estimated. The Model Y cover fits perfectly (have not tried the Model X cover yet). Friends and family complement on the fit, quality and ask for the company name of purchase.
