Great products, but shipping needs improvementlly like Tesery’s products
I really like Tesery’s products. The quality, design, and variety of Tesla accessories are excellent, and I have been very happy with my purchases. The main area that needs improvement is international shipping, especially to countries like Colombia. In some cases, I have been asked to pay additional shipping charges after placing an order, without these costs being clearly explained during the purchase process. It would be much better to know the complete shipping cost upfront. Delivery times can also be quite long. Depending on the shipping company used, some orders have taken up to 40 days to arrive, which can be frustrating. Overall, I have a very good opinion of Tesery and would continue buying their products. I hope they can improve their international logistics, provide clearer shipping costs, and work with faster and more reliable carriers. With these improvements, the customer experience would be much better.

Good service, a bit slow response
I ordered three products and unfortunately received the wrong item for one of them. It took some time to get a response and receive the correct product, but in the end everything was resolved and overall I’m happy with my purchase. I’d also like to thank Rio for his help and for resolving the issue.

Overall a happy experience
Overall a happy experience. There was a major issue with one of the Model Y roof racks and Tesery eventually replaced it at no charge. I also purchased another 3-in-1 charging unit which was not ad advertised and they credited me for that so am happy to report that they stand by their products.

These headlights are AMAZING
These headlights are AMAZING! Factory OEM quality. Exact same as the factory headlight. I just knocked off one star due to shipping. Expect to wait like a month for your headlights to arrive. Estimation on arrival to home on site isn’t accurate. Honestly though, worth the wait. Don’t go to Tesla. Just get these.
