I've had my TK-02 for about 3 months. I'm very happy with how good my espresso's taste. I love being able to tweak the results to get exactly what I want. I ask my guests what they like, with so many options, they never go away disappointed. My wife likes a little coffee with her warm milk and I have it dialed in just right, then I put her name on the mix and it's right on my screen with the other options. Lastly, the customer service is terrific!

Looks great and in theory should be great machine. Stopped spitting out coffee and did just water after few days or 30-40 brews. Even before that coffee that comes out is look warm, not hot.

We had been using a Nespresso machine for years it worked well. My wife received the Terra Kaffe as a gift and now its all we use. Its easy to use makes great Expresso and my wife live using the fresh beans of her choice!

I love my TK-02! Not only does it make great espresso but it looks good on the counter too. I did have one issue with it, but the customer support team is amazing worked with me on fixing the issue.

We absolutely love our TK-02, the coffee tastes so much better than our previous machine that used k-cups. We did have an issue with the machine after receiving it, but customer service was responsive and quickly got a replacement sent out. They also made sure we were kept informed every step of the way.

I ordered the Demi along with a coffee subscription during the Black Friday Sale. My coffee was delivered by Dec. 3, but there wasn’t shipping updates for my machine. After inquiring via email, I was replied to within one hour by Alex and then within 2 days by the support team member Feder, who gave an explanation, update and contact info for questions. From there everything went smoothly, received my machine safely and have enjoyed getting comfortable with all settings. Very straightforward to use and simple design that looks great in my kitchen. Fit exactly the need I had. I’m excited to continue to see what else they come up with in the product line and have already pre-ordered the Aero.
