I am a retired school teacher on a limited income. I also take care and house my disabled adult son. I financed a loan with them for a contract cause I had mice!!!! My son has immuno compromised illness and I was worried for his health and mine as a 70 year old woman. They came and made some 1st grade looking awful to the eye patches to block out the mice. Went into the attic and laid some glue pads. After a few weeks I was still seeing evidence of mice!!!! They came out again and found a couple more entry areas which THEY had failed to spot! They CHARGED me an extra $100 service fee on top of the contract amount!!!!!! I cannot get a good response from anyone. Only have spoken with phone reps. Please do not use this company!!!! I still hear mice in my attic at night

I have been a Terminix customer for over 20 years and up until recently I was happy with their service. I have tried repeatedly to get ahold of them to schedule a service and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have left messages, texted them and emailed them. This is ridiculous!

two missed appointments, no calls. had wasp issue, told me to hire local exterminator as they could not do it because their ladder wasn't tall enough. Called multiple times regarding issues and no one calls back or cares. Tried to cancel contract and their answering machine picked up on a 1-800 number. Do not use this service! Horrible! Save your money!

We have been a customer of theirs for abt 3 years on the yearly maintenance program. The first year they were good but within the last year have deteriorated into a bunch of mindless boobs unable to complete simple tasks, such as ant spraying and lately complete incompetence when ask to kill and remove a wasp's nest. The wasp nest debacle has gone on for 2 months now and has put a stop to our home renovations. They don't apparently keep records and keep sending out technicians who make up excuses why to leave the nest alone or they have some psychical ailment which prevents them from completing the task. I' am now in the process of paying someone else or doing it myself as I fear their incompetency has caused the wasp's to now spread out all over my attic.

Terminix is a waste of your money do not hire them they will tell you what you wanna hear so then they will overcharge you they don’t come out when they tell you they will they won’t call you back when you leave a message they are a waste of your money do not have them the worst company I have ever seen they used to be a good a company

This company does not follow through with their promises. Can not get them to return calls. Technicians do not show up as scheduled. I definitely would not recommend to friends or enemies.

I would rate it a zero if it let me. We paid three thousand dollars for you guys to come and seal exterior and interior. To spray inside and outside for mice and bugs. You only put down termite traps and sprayed the base of my house. And put a little bit of silicone around the base of my house, not even enough to keep the mice from coming in. You didn’t even go in the attic or put down mice traps or seal the roof. So why have we been over charged for services we haven’t received? Next time we need exterminator services, we definitely ain’t using yours. I highly recommend not using Terminix, they make you pay for services that they don’t do, anyone else would be a better choice. Sincerely A vary dissatisfied customer.

This has got to be one of the worst companies to work for. They constantly lie to customers just to make a sale. They mostly target the elderly and single women. Thg he salesman are heartless, money hungry and horrible. Very poorly managed and the managers do nothing to support their employees. They will tell customers that they will solve their problems and take thousands of dollars and do absolutely nothing. The employees do very little to solve the issue because of low pay grade. You should never consider this company for anything. They will rip you off completely.
