We can assure you we receive all of our medications from FDA licensed facilities within the US and dispense directly from our pharmacies in Clearwater, FL and Dallas, TX. The medications we receive are from the same manufacturers. and wholesalers that the most common US retail pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS receive their medications from as well. Unfortunately, a prescription with no refills authorized by the provider can not be transferred to another pharmacy or refilled. If you would kindly provide us with your order # we can further investigate and resolve the issue for you by providing a different manufacturer that may work better for you. Hi Alan, We’re sorry that your refill orders were not processed. According to our records, your prescription was more than one year old and was no longer valid. Our digital team is working on resolving the technical issues related to the refills. The original prescription was written on 4/11/2025. Our records also show that you received a 90-count supply in October 2025 and again in December 2025. At this time, you will need to submit a new prescription order.
