Great service. Occasionally, the line becomes unclear during calls but for the most part the connection is good.

Though I have not done price comparisons with other providers, I can say the international calls I make using the service are very clear, and are not interrupted/disconnected like other providers.

Telephone Kenya helps me to connect with family and friends in Kenya at a relatively lower cost. It is a good and affordable but still relatively expensive when compared with other service providers. It would do a good favor to its clients if it lowered its cost and made the calling procedures more flexible. For instance if i missed a digit when typing i have to end the call first then retype, i also don't have to write a number on paper first when calling if this contact number is in my phone address, i would appreciate if you looked into this.

I feel there should be a mechanism in place when one's a customer make' s an era he or she can be protected by the company he or she is doing business with. I find it unacceptable that Telecome kenya or its argent safaricom cannot be hold accountable or to have a mechanism to retrieve or block or hold the third party accountable since all phone are registered and any transaction can be traced. This is the most undoing of kenyan companies and that is why we in diaspora wouldn't like to do business with kenyan companies. We rather opts to deal with multinational company than dealing with kenyan companies for safety and security of our transactions or business. l hope they can look at their policies and see those areas of some of our concerns and address it

Your minute is not real. You charge even when the phone call has not gone through. I only use your service when I run out of prepaid calling card. I called one time for customer service and the person I talked to was rude. I would never recommend you to anyone.

Been a customer for years now the customer care is really quick and they take care of any issues, calls are very clear recommended it to my friends and haven't heard no complains.

I keep coming back coz it is clear where most other international providers don't get it or are just pretenders.
