Do not buy from these guys. Complete fraudsters. Ordered a Puma 1/4 zip . At least I used PayPal. Zero communication 3 weeks later. No email response. Live chat is down. You will not be able to login to any account. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Had to escalate two weeks later. What will get their attention is a complaint filed with the CFPB. Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau. Let all parties know you did this. They must give a response once the CFPB open a complaint file on them. This got someone’s attention. Got a refund via PayPal within 30 minutes.

This has been a horrible experience! Taken over a month to get what I ordered. Every time I call they tell me next week. Would never order from this place! Do everything you can to not order from these people

I ordered a shirt. It took forever (several weeks, actually) to arrive. Then I exchanged it for a smaller size. Now, a full month later, I yet to receive the replacement shirt. These guys are pathetically slow!

Well, on October 23 I ordered a single iron (Cleveland Halo Launcher) from this site. It wasn’t until the next day that I thought “Hmmm maybe I should research this site and check the reviews”… and the moment I did, my heart sank. Based on the reviews I was sure I had been scammed. In a panic, I called the number to see if anyone would answer, and to my surprise somebody did. He reassured me that everything was okay and gave some explanations as to the bad reviews. Though I felt better, I still wasn’t convinced. I looked on the BBB and again I saw complaints… not good, however, I did see one complaint where the person responded back (the day after he filed the complaint) saying he received his item. This made me feel better. I figured they were just slow, but that I’d get my club within a few weeks. Low and behold, I just got my club today (October 31), only 8 days after I ordered it. I was shocked and very happy!

Lost a Ping 9-iron and ordered a replacement. Original shaft was no longer available but received email listing subs and asking what I wished to do, so very good communication. It did take a while to get the club but I received it, as ordered, and very happy with the service from this store.

Ordered 4 clubs they have nothing in stock, no reply from anyone. Out of 4 they claim to have sent one. Why do they sell what they dont have!!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service out of any online retailer that I have ever purchased from. I ordered a hat almost two months ago and since then I have sent 8 emails to find out information on my order, every response I get I’m told that the item will be shipping in a few days and I will receive tracking information then a week goes by and I repeat the process. I have tried to call customer service several times including right when they open and there is a message saying they are on the line with another customer and will call back which they have not done. I do believe this could be a possible scam operation like other reviewers my credit card was charged right away and now I can’t speak to anyone in person. I’m disputing the charge and reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from these guys, there are so many good online golf retailers out there I wish I had read these reviews and not tried to save a couple dollars ordering from The Golf Club.

Scam operation. Ordered head covers but never received them. The “chat” Option on their website is a fake. Sent email and got no response. I suspected something was up when the first and only email I got wouldn’t give me shipping status unless I gave them essentially all my personal information (I purchased with PayPal). The positive reviews here are fake!
