Received the wrong sized pair of shoes. Called the store and person who answered said all will be taken care of. I asked him for a confirmation email on when my correct shoes will be coming and what to do with the incorrect pair. Still waiting on email, tried calling them but received no answer. Selection and price is good but the customer service needs a lot of work. I should not be the one trying to get updated information, they made a mistake and do not seem to urgent about it. Not sure if I will buy here again.

Took forever to ship.

I will never buy shoes online again from a company who doesn't offer free shipping both ways on all orders. Free shipping is necessary when taking a chance on buying clothing or shoes online that you haven't tried on yet. I will be returning the golf shoes I purchased that don't fit, and will be purchasing another pair from a different website that offers free, expedited shipping both ways.

Wasn't told clubs would take 2-3 weeks until a few days after the order was placed.Probably wouldn't have ordered is I knew it. The price for the clubs was good.

Still have not received my club. Transaction went through 6/13, it's 6/27. I call Golf Club, response was deferred to manufacturer. Person on phone was like, oh well, too bad it's taking so long, do you need help with anything else...no, I'll never do business with you again. Thank you

Bracelet came apart at center connection first week. Sent info in chat on replacement but no response.

I initially wrote a review that was not so great. I wish to retract it because what I had written was a lack of understanding on MY part. Bottom line, we must read all the print and info prior to reviewing in a negative fashion. This company is super as is their customer service team. I have not received my golf clubs. They my have been sent "signature required" where I can not be home during work hour to sign for a delivery. It's actually upsetting to see a note on my door when I get home stating FedEx could not delivery.
