I paid for a t-shirt and mask. They sent the t-shirt and no mask, but happily kept the money. Come on a 46.00 t shirt? Filed 4 claims, the response was 'it wasn't approved. ' What? What? Not approved? But the total of my t shirt and mask was approved? A 46 dollar t shirt? Their phone never goes to a person. Just sends you around and around. Have asked for the money back and they never answer. DO NOT ORDER. THEY ARE A RIP OFF! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO QUALITY CONTROL.

Don't waste your time or your money. They charge your credit card in 1 day but blame COVID-19 for not honoring their sale. Ordered 5/13 and still no shipping info. Unable to talk to anyone. Never again.......

I ordered on April 25th, face masks, I have asked for a refund, several times, they keep telling me they have already printed, yet no masks. This is unacceptable and a horrible way to do business, especially in this day and time. Trying to support businesses, but they make it difficult with their unacceptable practices and fraud behavior.

Ordered face masks 47 days ago!! Told by Teecosi to use DHL tracker, which has not been updated for 12 days! Appears to be coming to UK from USA, but nothing. DHL won’t speak to me, says has to be the Merchant. Teecosi says contact DHL. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Would not recommend ordering.

This is a very good Company. I through I had a problem with my Order because I only one item was shipped to me and there was nothing to say why. I filed a complaint and it was denied. I did not read so I sent an email expressing my feeling and what I was going to do about it. After not receiving an answer in three days I was getting ready to call me Bank to dispute the charges of the remaining items when I saw a credit from the Company. Still not happy because the amount was not the full remaining balance I was ready to call and complain (make an ass of myself). I had misplaced the number so while doing my usual daily stuff it took me a couple of days. In that time I received the remaining item of my order. So they got my order fill and gave me a discount. I will recommend them to any one that I know and anyone that enquire about my shirt I got from them.

I didn’t realize when I ordered this that it would come from CHINA!!! That is not disclosed. It has been over a month and I still don’t have my items. It shipped days ago - supposedly - but since it’s coming from China who knows when it will get here. It’s not worth the wait. Find an American business.

I ordered and PAID for products that were not delivered. When I called the support line or tried to file a complaint for this they had no options to chose from. I wish I had read their reviews. Seems many of their customers have had the same problem. The product I ordered was due to Covid virus ( a package of masks). If they are selling these, they must have known people were ordering for Covid. You'd think they were prepared for providing the product. Instead, they have continually claimed that they were h5 problems because of the virus.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing. Same experience as everyone else. Received a partial order but get no where when trying to find out what happened to my masks. The emails all say the same thing- your order is on track to be delivered. Bull! Too bad- they have cute items.
