I ordered a T-shirt for my daughter at the beginning of November and still have not received it. Absolutely terrible company to deal with.

I ordered two sweatshirts at the end of October and i have still not received them. The message says they are delayed due to covid. That excuse is just not flying with me and waiting 3 months is outrageous. I will never order again. I have tried to cancel but cannot get any reply. It is now mid February andi still h

I Ordered a tee-shirt for my girlfriend, with a picture of her dog on it for Christmas. It duly arrived but I didn't open it straight away as I didn't want it to get mucky before I wrapped it. When I did open it, it was a random shirt with cartoon dogs on it. When I politely contacted the firm and told them of the error, and asked for it to be exchanged for the one that I ordered, I was told with sweet delight that it had gone past the date of exchange and I was stuck with it. I replied asking to be taken off of their mailing list, as they had lost a customer. I was told oh no you will have to do that yourself when we send you an email!. All in all the worst customer service I have ever experienced, at Christmas time as well.

I have ordered 2 hooded sweatshirts with 2 of my dogs on it. I have sent them pictures of my dogs, and twice I received the incorrect product with incorrect dogs on them. I have tried to call them but nobody answers. I have filled out necessary forms online, but this does not work. I will not order from them again. They take your money, but ship wrong product and cant seem to correct the issue. I recommend to not order from them.

Ordered a product on 11-22-2020 for Christmas, still haven't received it. Tried to get a refund but they claimed to much time has elapsed. Looks like a rip -off business.

That has happened to me also (exactly the same occurrence): Teecosi stole my money The issue is quite simple: 1. I ordered masks from Teecosi 2. The ordered items were NEVER delivered. 3. Teecosi charged my account anyway. 4. Teecosi has failed and refused to issue a refund. 5. There is no way to actually contact Teecosi. All of their systems are automated and they don't respond to claims. My advice is NEVER ORDER FROM TEECOSI!!!

Ordered 11th December 2020, stated up to 28 days UK delivery. It has now been 50 days and no delivery. Contacted them numerous times all I get is a generic letter stating its being shipped. Very poor service

Normalerweise liegt das fertige Textil beim Aislösen einer Bestellung bereits vor, maximal muss es noch bedruckt werden und dann ab die Post. Bei Teecosi werden wohl aber erst die Baumwollpflücker losgeschickt wenn die Bestellung vorliegt oder wird gar erst der Baumwollstrauch gepflanzt? Habe am 12.12. bestellt, seit 4.1.21 passiert auf der Sendungsverfogung nix mehr.
