I ordered a couple of masks on 4/25/2020. I sent an email on 5/29/2020, it was undeliverable!! This company is a SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a face mask from this company on the1st May,and I'm STILL waiting!!!, I e-mailed them and received a reply saying they were making it perfect for me(how can you make a mask perfect?) I have now sent an e-mail saying I want mt item posted in 7 days ha ha I just hope people don't buy from them.

I ordered 6 items from TeeCosi through a Facebook ad on April 5th, 2020. Items ordered include a Bichon Frise T shirt with a mask as well as a pack of 3-masks and a phone cover on April 5th, 2020. The next day, Teecosi charged my bank $97.80. I received the phone cover on May 20, 2020, in the wrong color, and tried to track my package 2 days ago, on May 26. The tracking information stated ALL my items were all delivered on May 19, 2020. They were not. I have written a message in a text, filed a complaint and tried to communicate with someone from the company by phone. I am not able to leave a voice message and they have yet to open my message On Facebook messenger. I am extremely disappointed/discouraged and would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau, possibly the Attorney General. They sent me an email to review my products and, like this review, I was told I needed to give them a rating, I wanted to leave “0” stars but was able to only leave 1-5 stars. I have an address for their company, but do not feel confident I’ll get a response. However, I will try. Their address is 211 N Pennsylvania St. Suite 600 Indianapolis, IN 46204. If you have any advice on how to receive my products or better yet a refund, I would love to hear from you. I hope I am able to reach someone in TeeCosi company. It is horrible to take money from people and not deliver what has already been paid for.

This is a SCAM company!! They take your money and don’t send the product!! DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!! They use the COVID-19 as an excuse for taking so long!! My order has been “in printing” since April 26th and this is unacceptable!! This company needs to be investigated so they can stop scamming customers!!!!!

I only gave them a one because I had to. Customer Service was awful. I ordered a pitbull bag and a mask. The bag was $24.95 was very poor quality and never received the mask. I contacted them about said mask they said I wasnt approved for the mask although they charged me for it. They could not give me an answer so I emailed them and they told me in order to get my money back they told me I had to file a claim. So I paid 46.00 dor a very cheaply made bag. Very unhappy customer. Will never order from here again.
