I placed an order on 29th April 2020 for a Birman Cat Face Mask. The money was taken from my account immediately but I received no confirmation & haventrecieved my order yet very nearly two months later. Have tried to contact them with no success. I'm very unsatisfied with them & wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I am sure glad that I didn't read all these reviews before I got 2 marks in one style and another different style. They both came and will refer to all my friends, but allow a lot time. If you can't afford patience, forget it!

I ordered a t shirt with printing on. When I received the order it had the wrong printing on. The word he instead of she. It has taken about 3 months to get a replacement t shirt which arrived this morning with the same printing error on. I have asked for my money back as I am not prepared to wait months for a replacement order which more than likely will have another error on it.

Ordered 2 masks in beginning of may. Took money out of my acct on May 11th. Still haven't received them and no confirmation. Do not use this company!!! Its a rip off..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wasted £75 on some masks. They never get back to you. I would say it's a fake company. Not a happy customer.

I ordered multiple masks on April 24 th I just got half the order in June 19th and 20 th and was charged for postage at 3.60 per mask which are shipped separately, although I already paid 145.00 for my order, have a 2 because masks are cute, wish I would have read reviews first wouldn't have bought them for the time it takes to get them and still don't have all of them

IF YOU'RE CHECKING FIRST DON'T ORDER!!! Now 6/18/2020 ordered and paid 5/13/2020 and still no sign of it. Ordered a mask and no way to contact them even with the order number. Complete BS. I wish I had read all of the reviews first.

I ordered mine on May 5 and still have not received it. I would like my mask.
