I ordered on 5/20 and this is 6/16 and nothing. I need my masks! No word from them at all!

Wish I had read these before I ordered. Ordered 3 masks on May 8. My bank account was debited on May 11. June 15 now and still haven't arrived nor have I heard anything from them when they will.

I also ordered a mask with our Staffie on it on 14 may still no sign of it I thought it was something I had done wrong.

My mask took 2 months and the strap is cut in two its worthless! I cannot call or even send a email to complain it will not let me fill out form! RIP OFF!!!
