I ordered two mask. I have recived one. Took a long time to get the first one Don't trust them.

I ordered beginning of May. Status of order says being printed since mid May and shipping would be in 20 working days. Status of order has not changed since then. I've tried sending several emails but to no avail. Last one said that I would be contacted within 72 hours and I'm still waiting. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered 2 masks in error. I tried to cancel within an hour of placing . Company said. My order was processed and shipped. Impossible. Don't use this company

Mask was worth waiting for!

since I cannot give negative stars, I am stuck with 1 star. I ordered (and was charged for) my product. When many weeks passed with nothing, I tried to cancel the order only to be told I could not cancel. Finally on June 26 I was advised that the product shipped and I was given a tracking number with DHL. It reflected that they were to give it to the post office to deliver. They have had it for over 2 weeks and when asked, they apologize for the run around but give no answers. Finally today, when I asked why they have held my property for 2 weeks, they referred me back to Teecosi. I called the customer service number which doesn't allow you to speak with a person and got a non-responsive response telling me my package had shipped. Seems like a scam

Commande passée le 10 mai dernier. Article expédié par Teecosi le 25 juin et réceptionné dans ma boite aux lettres hier (vendredi 10 juillet). Il ne faut pas oublier que cette entreprise est basée aux Etats-Unis, donc le transit est un peu long (pour ma part, j'habite dans le sud de la France (en région PACA))... Bref cette entreprise est sérieuse, mais il faut être patient, très patient, sinon laissez tomber, ne commandez pas ! Pour terminer, l'article que j'ai acheté est conforme à mes espérances, je suis assez satisfaite sur ce point. Bon courage à vous qui êtes en attente de réception de vos articles, vous finirez par tout recevoir, mais je le répète, soyez patients ! Il faut compter 2 bons mois.

Ordered 5/23 and still waiting. Tracking has been showing for weeks in the printing stage. Emailed customer service a few times and they did respond but worthless info. Will see if i actually receive my mask
