The product is great; the support reps are responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to get hold of; and whenever there is some minor issue, it never takes much effort to get resolved. I am really glad that we're subscribed to Camtasia and Audiate and SnagIt, they make my life soooooooooooooooooooooooooo much easier.

I was having trouble getting my license updated. They fixed the issue overnight and when I logged in the next day it worked again :)

It was quickly resolved since there was a solution. The downside is that such a solution was even needed. As I pointed out then, if the user could easily see how many activations he/she has for the purchased product and right there deactivate one to activate another, no time-wasting chat and employee intervention would've been necessary.
