Great attitude towards regular customers - I have saved a lot of necessary information. Thanks to the email I received warning them that they changed their policy, I kept all my files. I have saved a huge archive of my articles and notes thanks to Screencast. These files are invaluable to me. I have been using their services for many years and I believe that $ 10 a month, little money for a great one like screencast.com.

TechSmith Support is very good they are good reaction time and Snagit is very usefull program

I can't live without SnagIt, it's almost in constant use and have been buying the latest and greatest versions for over 3 years now. When version 2019 came out, I upgraded and it kept crashing, but Techsmith's wonderful support team leapt into action and sorted it out quick smart. What more do you want from a software company?

SUPER customer service, fast, friendly and very customer oriented. I had issues with a Camtasia video I needed for a TV show and was under tremendous time pressure. Their customer service in the US (I am from Germany) helped me and fixed the video in no time. I am a very happy Techsmith customer now.
