Took nearly a month to arrive. I was charged $12.99 for delivery and then I was made to pay another $24! When I emailed customer services they took a week to respond and said, 'they 100% understand how I am feeling' then just used a sandard template response as they didn't address anything I said in my email! You'll be much better off ging for Bootea or Skinny mint!

Hi Racheal, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I would really love to help you with this. Custom fees are super annoying, and since some countries have them and some don't and they are always changing, we have no way of knowing whether or not someone will be charged or not. This is nothing that is particular to Teami, custom charges are on all packages. Teami is the only tea company that uses all FDA Approved ingredients, so it really is the highest quality tea you are getting! I do hope you will still try our teas to receive all of its wonderful health benefits! To Your Health, Nicole
