I absolutely love their tumbler. After 2years a d it's perfect still. My issue is that the supplements are really expensive and the skincare line is really overpriced compared to certified brands elsewhere. Also the detox teas don't work and I can't try more of their products due to their high price and international shipping has become impossible to handle financially

Waiting on second order Products not delivered due to out of stock.And My first order the items were smaller than pictures and pictures hard to see ounces and all not full containers with products.Lose teas came too crumble not safe to drink even use tea containers to drain it didn’t help.Lose teas don’t come with scoop.It’s expensive for so little.

Slow delivery, and it made me sick. First I drank colon tea and after few Mins I felt nauseous and tired I just assumed that maybe I am really tired like mommy tired who hasn’t slept for almost a year. Next day I tried it again then had smoothie with the butterfly collagen, after drinking them I was feeling sick again and it followed by a headache. I don’t know what is wrong but I really think their product is making me sick. It sucks because I believed this YouTuber who posted about using teami for a long time, she made it sound that teami is magic but it’s just all advertisement. The only thing I liked was you get a free facial brush. No hate with their company though just disappointed, maybe it just affects everyone differently

£50 customs charge for two parcels. Not happy.

seriously was actually considering buying some of teas for me and my husband but after really every single customer has had an issue with the product as well as customer support not replying or refunding or fixing the issue I'm fine thanks I'll pass. These aintthe only detox teas in world besides they haven't been evaluated by fda there website says that so they contain soemthingmakes people sick ! What r there ingredients n e ways on the teas

I bought a tea detox 2 days back and I need to cancel the order. I already emailed the customer service and it’s been like 24 hours but still I didn’t receive any response with them that they already cancel my order or what. They already took 85usd in my account. And I don’t know whether they will return it back or what. If I got to know this site as soon as I order I shouldn’t have order from them. Such a bad customer service . I thought it’s a legit and responsible company. I will never order from online again..

I bought my teami tea 30 day detox on amazon because I could get it quicker. I had issues with the Colon tea making me feel super sick. I contacted the company and asked what could I do different. It took them 4 days to finally email back which I had already stopped taking the tea all together because it was making me sick feeling. When they said to steep it less time than what the bag states it didn't make much sense to keep doing the 30-day detox, I was completely off it and didn't even have enough to actually do the full 30-day detox correctly. The customer service was all caned answers and they didn't even read what I put. I replied and asked the same questions twice which neither time was ever answered. I honestly don't see the hype of this product what I was able to drink of this didn't really help the bloat and never gave me more energy. I had better luck trying a different companies tea than I did with this one. The colon tea gave me extreme abdominal pain even steeping it for 1 min.

Well, not a great start. Ordered a pack on 28.12.18. Got a tracking number quickly saying the order was packed and on its way to an export warehouse and that is still what the tracking says. Then on 2.1.19 I received an email from Amy saying that the rose gold tumbler was out of stock. Was given 3 options and emailed back straight away to say I would have a gold one and now I haven’t heard anything despite sending Amy 2 follow up emails. Doesn’t look like l’ll be getting my order anytime soon. Can someone please help! Anne
