My name is Sean and I placed an order with this company and I never received my order and I've sent numerous emails and messages on there website and they responded once with a generic response asking me to be patient. I also checked the tracking company they use on July 8th and it showed my order as just clearing customs on July 6th and thats the only day they responded then on July 9th I checked the tracking again and this time it stated that my order was delivered on July 1st at 609pm how is that possible when a day prior it stated it just cleared customs on the 6th. Please dont waste your time or money dealing with this company I was lucky that I only spent about $30 and its not about the money I would would almost guarantee this has happened to a lot of people. AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HEADACHE THAT IVE BEEN DEALING WITH.

I should have read the reviews before buying this flashlight. What was shown and what was received, was like night and day. Total bait and switch. Definitely not the flshlight I ordered, 1) way, way smaller than the advertised light. 2) cheap plastic 3) no way it lasts 70 hours, was working on a car And maybe got 2 hours if that 4) no way near as intense and heat producing As the videos show, I don’t think I could light Ants on fire with this thing let alone start a fire while camping. 5) no case as advertised either This is total garbage, I have smaller lights that cost less, last longer and can outshine this cheap knock off. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere, go on YouTube and look at reviews and people who test the hell out of these before throwing your hard earned cash at this company. They should stick to selling bags if that’s their main specialty.

This company can improve by actually sending products as advertised. Misleading ads as well as misleading pricing. I am curious if we as consumers have any recourse. I plan to contact the BBB. I am curious of what other options I have short of driving to Monticello NY and having a conversation with whatever worm is the head rip-off artist. Im very sure that there are many unsatisfied customers that would be happy to join me in a discussion. Shame on them.

Your flash lights are joke and a piece of crap.do not by their flash lights. They couldn't light a match little more a piece of paper. They are not as powerful as they show in add. Save your money.

I ordered lights and the ones I received didn't look nothing like those shown at all

I ordered two large high grade aluminum flashlights and what they sent me was two small plastic toy-like flashlights that, needless to say, didn’t measure up. Denied a refund or even a free shipping return. I supplied them with pictures and all the info they asked, twice. All they would do is offer me back 30% of the price. When I said no, that I either wanted was promised/advertised or a full refund, they went silent and stopped bothering to respond to emails. Do not buy from this company as they are simply a bait and switch and will send you totally inferior products. And they took over a month to show up.

This item they post is cheap imitation and false adversitement I have contacted the district attorney to investigate and bring charges to this website because of unlawful advertisement of a scam
