First you misrepresent the size of the product. YOUR flashlit will give you a good beam to see by, IT DOES NOT START A FIRE!!! Give me o e that will or refund my money please!

I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT I GAVE A 2* the reason is ( I ORDERED THE BIG FLASHLIGHTS 2 OF THEM. YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT I GOT? 2 Small flashlights IN A BOX. AND NO CASES ,NO EXTRAS, LIKE THE FIRE STARTER, ALL THE FLASHLIGHTS DID/DO IS SHINE AND STROBE LIGHT. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT. any comments?

Not what it claims. Cheap plastic and only 5 inches long and 2 inches in diameter. Does not light up as claims.

I am disappointed. The size and features that is advertised isn’t what I received. I paid over seventy dollars for four small flashlights.

This item was what I ordered, but it was not what I got. I ordered 3 of these for nice Christmas gifts this year, and what came was 6 inch flashlights that were plastic. VERY disappointed.

Misleading advertising. They show a large unit and send the mini one. Doesn't shine hot enough to start fires, but is a handy bright light. Customer service stinks. They don't read your email. Ask the same questions that you already answered in the initial email. Still waiting to see if they are going to replace a DOA unit. I have my doubts since they asked on the last email for shipping label after a week.

It misrepresented the flashlight I waited finally received 6 flashlights with holsters. The flashlight is made of plastic it mildly represents the picture on the ad. It is fairly bright but it doesn’t start fires. I was wanting this flashlight to be a camping / survival tool but it’s only a flashlight ☹️. I’m disappointed 😞😶

I ordered the so-called military grade flashlight that is extra bright and you could use to start a fire and is virtually indestructible. It’s made of cheap plastic. It does have a bright light and it can be turned down. It also has a setting that flickers . There is no way a fire could be started with one of the flashlights as I had it on for over 10 minutes and the bulb didn’t even get warm to speak of let alone hot enough to start a fire let alone cook as it claimed in the ad. Definitely not worth the money!! The only reason I am keeping it is it’s not worth the hassle of sending it back to them. I won’t believe this company’s claims again nor will I purchase from them again. Very Flimsy.
