The only reason I gave a 1 is because I couldn’t rate it any lower. This is not what they send you. The flashlight they send is a little tiny flashlight that’s about four inches long and it’s not in a case and there’s no magnifier. It’s probably about $2.50 piece of cheap garbage and then they won’t refund your money

The biggest piece of crap and waste of money. I wish I saw the reviews before purchasing. The only reviews you see are the BS reviews showing 5 stars. Extremely misleading! I'm surprised nobody has files a class action lawsuit yet for the false representation of this product. Do not, do not, DO NOT purchase. You will be 100% disappointed.

I’m still waiting for a response to my complaint. I ordered the high intensity, flashlight and got a cheap plastic one. I re-ordered and again got a cheap plastic one. After complaining, I received no response from the company. I see the company continued to advertise the high intensity, metal flashlight, that they obviously do not sell.

The name of this company should be something else… Bags! Total criminals. Product did not as represented. I was suckered once by this company and they keep on popping up on my device. I hope everyone reads the reviews before they order anything from this company.

Never received item. No response to emails. If I could I'd give them a negative star.

You advertise a flashlight that is advertised can start a fire, is almost the size of a man's arm, has an 800 foot range, works underwater, can charge your phone, can break a cinder block, fall out of the window, frozen in ice120 hour battery, and so on, but instead you pull the old bait and switch and send me a a cheap TEMU type of product that I can get for probably $6.00. If you want to correct your error please do so. I don't want to have to contact the Attorney General about your fraudulent practices. Thank you, sincerely Jack Vandermark. I hope to hear from you soon.
