They show a case with accessories and a big flashlight, but u get a lil plastic flashlight about 8 inches long and comes in a single cardboard paper box. They shouldn't show a case if u are not getting it, and this lil flashlight can't do half of what they advertised. I requested a refund and got set on a wild goose chase.... Look, if u ain't understanding me, they show u a castle but give u a shack. Didn't buy from them. They won't even make it right after the fact , knowing they are deliberately false advertising. I don't know how they have kept a site up this long bc of the false advertising and false products. I wish the government would enforce a mandatory recall on all their products and see how that works out for a company that has already spent the xtra $ they literally stole by lying to the public to sale an inferior product. They should have to refund every person that was duped by these pieces of trash. And prison time wouldn't hurt either. Lie to the public.... Get caught doing it.... Reimburse every cheated customer..... Go to prison. I want the world to know. Don't buy that BS fire starting flashlight on Teachabags. Or waste your time and $ if u want to. 🖕

They took my money and I never received my product. Tracking didn't update for 20 days and when I tried to get refund they sent a fake proof of delivery to PayPal and I was denied. I sent 4 different emails to them and never got a response. Scammers all the way. I put July 7th because that was my fake delivery day.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Ordered over a month ago and still no product. HUGE SCAM!!!

Bunch of bullshit not what I ordered and definitely not worth the price product is not what it says I received 3 small lights they suck

What a joke I placed and upgraded my order (flashlights) they shipped it to the wrong address according to usps and are refusing to take any responsibility for there lack of QC. I've emailed multiple times and they are still saying it's my responsibility? I've already started a dispute with my cc company we will see what happens. Never again.

Do NOT order this "Military Grade" flashlight!! The one you receive will be nothing like the one in the ads! I ordered thru the legitimate site, but received a small flashlight with barely any light throw. Absolutely nothing like the ad. Fully charged, the power went out in 45 mins, not 12 hrs like they state. I have a flashlight that's a similar size, much brighter & wider light throw & charged it lasts 14-15 hours. Got it from Temu for $5! And don't bother emailing the Service address on their website. Email bounced back as Does Not Exist & I'd cut & pasted it so didn't type it in wrong. Complete Scam!!

They are still playing with your mind, the only ratings for this company is that they sell you the moon and send you a piece of garbage

You will not get what is advertised. They are advertising a big powerful torch and you will be sent a little piece of plastic junk kids toy. They are scammers, rip off artists. Do not buy from this seller.
