I wish I could leave zero stars
I wish I could leave zero stars. They lie and leave out important information. I was told that they would work with the IRS to remove any interest and penalties once my settlement (that I could have done on my own) was in place I was told it will take 1-2 months for the penalties to fall off. I was also told that their fees and payment to the IRS would include one payment. Found out after that their fees are a separate monthly payment from the IRS. Their tactics are deceitful and disgusting! Response to tax defense Yes your fees are detailed in the agreement but when asking for clarification I was told that your fees and the payment to the IRS were included in one payment which was not the case. Your staff are also rude and ignores emails nor are they very helpful. I asked for a phone number and was told by a manager that it should be in one of my emails. Why not provide good customer service and provide the number.
