No real contact
They don't contact you with the total amount the IRS claims you owe, if they are going to reduce my taxes, what the balance I owe on my taxes. I have been sending them money for a while now. No statements are being sent to me as I requested.

It tortures me to leave two stars for…
It tortures me to leave two stars for tax prep because the tax preparer works for the IRS. Horrible used car bullshit sales, damage control is a hack. Lied to. Don't waste your time. It's a basic quick dime bait and switch piss on your back and tell you its raining experience.

Not happy taxes weren't reduced,almost…
Not happy taxes weren't reduced,almost 3000 down the drain have to pay a small amount for 72months back to square one,have to pay a large amount a month to have it paid off less than 1 year,never again this didn't work for me still paying the amount I owe for the service this doesn't work for everyone like it says.

Your company only fulfilled part of what I required. I have had the pleasure of your services for almost a decade without fail until now. If you need the basic assistance they are worthy, but I needed a little more and they failed - sadly. Very sadly.

Results were not what we were led to believe.
We were told that we should be able to get a negotiated settlement from the IRS for considerably less than the total debt. This negotiated amount could be paid in full and the debt would go away. Up until now, we are told that the IRS debt would be put on hold and they would not pursue collection but the debt would still exist. This is not what we originally were told.

I feel like I was charged for something…
I feel like I was charged for something that I could have done myself. I was under the impression that my taxes amount could get reduced and it didn't. I still owe the IRS 17k . Yes, they assisted with getting me a payment plan which I could have done myself because I did it before. I chosed tax defense for getting help to reduce the amount I owe. Now I'm in debt for something I could have done myself. I'm not satisfied with the outcome.

I used your services at a cost of…$5,000
I used your services at a cost of $5,000 to get my amount owed lowered, after you where paid I was told that Virginia will not negotiate nor reduce any amount owed. I feel mislead by your company! And then there was NO amount reduce from my federal tax. All that was done was a payment arrangement was made with Federal and State, I could have done that myself. I am not at all happy with your service that I OVERPAID for! I want to speak with someone who can explain why this happened and I feel you owe me a refund not a total refund but I feel like I was taken. I am a veteran and not at all happy! I will be contacting the BBB and the Veterans Administration if I do not hear from you in a timely manner. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you!
