There was no resolution after 2 1/2 years, I was told I should call the IRS and try to make a payment plan. That's what I thought I paid them to do. Meanwhile my interest and penalties grew and now I owe more. They never offered me an offer In Compromise, when I asked about it, they said I was not contracted to do so, they never said they only worked with the Federal and not my State. All along I thought they were trying to resolve my State. I'm worse off now than when I hired them and paid them $9,500.00 to do absolutely nothing.

I have hired and payed for their services to help me with my New York tax issue. I could not for 3 months get a person on the phone to discuss my case, and now I open the mail and find my drivers license for New is Suspended for taxes. Before I hired and payed this company I explained they sent me a letter 5 months ago that they will suspend my license and I was assured they would take care of this. Now, no one calls back, they were paid and I have no update and my license is suspended !

I would not recommend Tax Defense Network based on my experience. I hired them with the expectation that they had the expertise to resolve my tax issues, but instead I was left with an unresolved problem that ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. Communication was inconsistent, updates were limited, and despite paying for professional assistance, I did not receive the results I was led to expect. What should have been a solution became a prolonged, frustrating process with significant financial consequences. When you hire a tax resolution company, you are trusting them during an already stressful situation. Unfortunately, I felt unsupported throughout the process, and my tax issues remained unresolved while the financial impact continued to grow. If you’re considering hiring Tax Defense Network, I strongly encourage you to thoroughly research your options, ask detailed questions about their process, and fully understand what services they will actually provide before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

My husband and myself hired this company over 8 weeks ago, or so, we had to send for paperwork from SSD, and after receiving it we mailed ALL paperwork in, we were told they would mail it back, as I have no printer, well, they claimed we left out a firm, so I went and had it printed and filled it out again, and we have not heard nothing, I was moved to yet another person to handle it and she was supposed to call me yesterday, we we have not heard anything, the guy Nathen who originally signed us up, long behold his number is not in service, we were lied to, said they would be contacting IRS the week we signed up for help, well they did not contact IRS and now our bill is even higher, well will be going to the bank tomorrow morning to file Fraud, & try to get the 609 they’ve already taken out. I am totally upset, as we are POOR and can’t afford any of this let alone get scammed by Tax Defense as well, bad enough our wonderful government is scamming us! So we will be filing fraud against them in any way we can!! Totally unacceptable and disappointing to say the least! I do not recommend this company! Nothing but a run around! Bonnie G

Absolutely would not recommend these people, we have waited months for them to take our case before the irs and keep sending document after document and they keep asking for them over and over. Most of the time when you call you can't get ahold of anyone. I am very disappointed with the company.

These people are professional scammers,good luck even getting someone on the phone after they set up your payments each month to them.You’re better off just trying to make a deal with the irs yourself because trust me it’s a waste of time and extra money to give away dealing with them.I usually don’t post much but I want to help someone not to throw away money.When you look at all the good reviews they’re written as soon as they sign up with them and within months they started posting negative reviews.Do not,I repeat DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately they don’t deserve even 1 start. They are the most pathetic team ever experienced. Took $10,000 pretending to have inside knowledge of IRS and just before the deadline the coordinator disappeared but they continue to collect monthly payments. How they are now trying to negotiate with me I believe Trustpilot is a complete scam and cover for the companies stealing money from consumers. The insult from the intake person who was so kind during the initial consultation became a beast I have all the text messages exchanged to prove it. Both solution and staffs aren’t up to the challenge they use your problems to enrich themselves. So be well aware that they are never going to communicate with you in writing so you don’t have any proof!

I fired these people and they kept taking my money all I want is a refund for all the money I paid. I called them and they said their supervisor would call me back . If these people have to get approval to get fired that is crazy just please give my money back im about to loose everything I own . I told you I could not wait on this money you took please refund my money
