I keep getting calls from this company claiming that my case has come across their desk. I don't owe taxes! The caller says her name is Kimberly. She has called me 3 times today! I appreciate that you won't call me again. I never applied for help by your company in any way. I want to know why your same number called me today with a caller ID of Milk and Hny Co.? Stop calling me!

IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS I GOT 74k PLACED INTO A NON COLLECTIBLE STATUS! GOD USED BOTH MARIA AND CHRIS TO HELP ME!!! I am forever grateful. When I called and initially spoke with Maria. I was so scared and felt like I had no hope or options. She was so kind and listened to all of my concerns and explained to me how the process would work. The next challenge I had was payment. Although it was affordable it was still more than I had at that moment. Maria was able to work out a monthly plan that I could afford. Next I was contacted by Chris Lee. What made my experience great, and I'm going to be straight up and honest, was the person that was helping me, she was there with me from day one, until it was completed, and that's when she give me the good news, Maria Garcia Diaz, I appreciate you very much.

If I could give zero stars I would. Initial conversation was very good and sounded like a good plan was put in place. Since then, the communication from my representative has been awful. Even pre-set phone appointments were missed by her and I had to track her down for multiple days. Ultimately, the only results I got (a 75% reduction in garnishment) were from my own calls with the state tax department. I wasted my money with them, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Find someone else to help you or just do it yourself like I wound up doing.
